Conversation With A Gander

May 5th Goosie decided that she was going to sit on all those eggs she has been laying. She has done a good job for a 1 year old goose.  She comes out to eat in the morning and late afternoon, but is on the eggs the rest of the day.

Gander is totally bored without his goose to play with, so he has been following me everywhere.  Today while I was cleaning the water buckets I had a talk with him about being a father, but I don't think he was interested.  When I told him that Goosie was sitting on 15 eggs, he did what any expectant father would do.......

He had to dunk his head in cold water.
